Zenger Consulting offers at-will employment. All employees hired shall be subject to the terms of contract written by Zenger Consulting Services Co. Signed by employees prior to start of their employment, employees are employed at the will of the Company and are subject to termination at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. These employees may terminate their employment at any time and for any reason.
Employment of employees immediate family shall not occur for positions in direct contact with the family member. Immediate family means husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, Brother-in-law, Daughter-in-law, and Son-in-law.
No exceptions to this may be made unless by expressed written permission by the President. Furthermore, favor will not be granted or extended based on family or ethnic ties. All applicants shall undergo same rigorous application process.

Following the announcement of position vacancy, all prospective employees must send their CV/Resume to the company, in soft and or hard copy format. Following a review, candidates are chosen for preliminary interview, and thereafter for a second interview for a narrower list of candidates. Upon hiring, a new employee will have a probationary contract; it will be in effect for 2 months.
Zenger Consulting Services Co. has come a long way over the years to develop an accounting system that has been inline and endorsed by the Ministry of Finance. The finance department has been led by the Finance and Accounts Manager, who has sought to instill confidence in the companys clients. Firstly, Zenger Consulting has always paid taxes to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on a duly basis. Evasion of taxes has never been a practice of the company. We believe that any operations that are undertaken must first be made safe in all aspectual bases.
Using a double-entry accounting system, the finance department has records of each transaction that the company has made.
